Thing of the Day
MORE LED BIB JAZZ-FUELLED PROG ON THE HORIZON…
December 30th 2010
“Hello
everyone”, say Led Bib, in their characteristically friendly manner,
“The day of our new album release is approaching! 'Bring Your Own'
is coming out on Cuneiform Records on February 7th in the UK and
January 25th everywhere else. We’re also going to be offering up
a video with our free download of 'Is That a Woodblock?' track two from
the album, this will be available from January 24th.
We’re
busy planning our European tour dates, which will happen from the end
of April till early May. For now though the UK tour is all
confirmed, please see all the dates below. This is our last
transmission till the new year, so have a great holiday, stay warm and
see you out there in 2011”
And we here at Organ can tell you we’re rather excited about a new Led Bib album, even more so since we heard Is That A Woodblock, the aforementioned track off the forthcoming album Bring Your Own.
I mean.. Dare we say the piece is Van Der Graaf shaped? Indeed we
dare, take that as very high praise indeed, this new track is
brilliant, their old stuff was good but, whoooooooooosh! Led Bib just
stepped it all up another level. You can go hear the track and indeed
legally download it for free as a taster of that album you’ll surely want to buy. More info at www.cuneiformrecords.com
