Thing of the Day
Tinsel and Twinkle's OPINIONATED OBJECTS
July
28th 2011
OPINIONATED OBJECTS is a rather different one day art event brought to you by those ever busy London based artists TINSEL EDWARDS and TWINKLE TROUGHTON

“On Saturday 30th July you can witness Tinsel and Twinkle
transform your own 'unwanted' object into a work of art at Debut Contemporary
in exchange for a donation to the Ubuntu Education Fund.
Tell Tins and Twink your hopes and dreams for the future, for our
planet, for yourself and they'll translate these ideas into text that
they’ll paint on your object.
The pair will be painting in the gallery window from 11am to 5pm”
The Debut Contemporary gallery is to be found over in West London, at
82 Westbourne Grove, Notting Hill, W2
Best place to find out more seems to be the duo’s Facebook pages:

The pair came in to talk to us on the weekly Organ Hour on London’s
arts-based radio station Resonance
104.4FM last night – Sunday July 24th. Hear Twinkle
and Tinsel chatting on the Organ show, in between bits of
radio-friendly music…

(Please remember, the original show went out live after the watershed,
you might find a post-watershed word or two).
